Progress So Far
I forgot to post what I did last night: For Japanese I learned: nomitai desu= i want to drink nomi taku arimasen= i dont want to drink tabetai desu= I want to eat tabe taku arimasen= I dont want to eat choto= a little For working out yesterday I played basketball for an hour and today I did sprints while throwing frisbee discs. :D

The Journey to Better Myself
So since Monday I’ve decided to better myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since Monday I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating and exercising. Also, I’ve really wanted to learn Japanese so I’ve been studying every night. I also need to remember to read my Bible every night. I feel like by doing these things as a part of my daily routine will better myself...
